Series | Junior High School
This series began when I needed to find subject matter while working on ink transfer portraits. I combed through my ninth grade yearbook to find unusual or incomparable-looking classmates. These photographic portraits lend themselves to experimentations with color as well as to the process of building up the image from a transferred printing ink underpainting.
